Kathryn Winstanley

Kathy Winstanley, a local artist, living and working in Lenox, takes obvious pleasure in recreating our beautiful Berkshire vistas in watercolors and oils. The fluidity of her brushstrokes and subtlety of her colors capture the serenity and natural elegance of our area. The sky and bodies of water are of particular interest to Winstanley and she has captured a multitude of differing weather conditions and moods in her skillful handling of the paint. Her classic watercolors and sensuous oils seem to flow effortlessly from her brushes, capturing the charm, history, and pleasant memories of our beloved Berkshires.
